IMC Awarded Design-Build of Cheer Central Suns Lafayette, CO Campus

This project consists of Design-Build of a new pre-engineered metal building for a local cheerleading company. The use of the facility will be training cheerleaders for competition. The building is 115′ deep by 135′ wide. There is also an admin area inside the building that will be approximately 25′-4″‘ wide by 44” deep. The main floor of the office area consists of male and female bathrooms and a single open area for parents to wait for their children. In addition to this waiting area there is a single staircase going up to a mezzanine that will house mechanical rooms and provide for additional waiting area. The interior of the gym is designed as an insulated warehouse style building with a single line of columns to support the structure going down the middle of the building. There is also a small area, 24′ by 26′ that is recessed into the gym floor to house trampoline or foam pit. Exterior finishes will consist of a 4’ ecostone style stone veneer and insulated metal panels for the siding. Natural lighting is provided through translucent wall panels on the exterior of the front and back side to provide day lighting into the gym. The gym will be fully sprinkled with a wet-pipe fire suppression system. Site construction consists of all grading and utilities as well as asphalt parking and concrete sidewalks.

Wyoming National Guard MATOC

IMC is selected as one of the General Contractors to bid on work for the Wyoming National Guard under their new Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The MATOC is for 4 years with a $270,000,000.00  total capacity.

IMC Awarded Aurora Reservoir Boat Inspection Shed

IMC was awarded the build out of the Boat Inspection Shed at the Aurora Reservoir. The project consists of a full interior buildout, new HVAC systems as well as reconstruction of the west wall to accept new HVAC unit. Energy efficient insulation and lighting, new millwork and painting the entire interior of the facility.

IMC Completes Colorado Freedom Memorial

On Sunday the 26th of May the Colorado Freedom Memorial was dedicated at Spring Hill Park in Aurora, CO. The project was completed in three and a half months on schedule despite all the spring winter weather during the month of April. In addition to completing the project on schedule the IMC team was able to complete the design and construction of the Memorial under the guaranteed maximum price of $700,000.00 at $687,925.50

IMC Awarded Aurora Reservoir Main Gate Renovation

IMC was awarded the renovation of the main gate house at the Aurora Reservoir. The project consists of a full interior demolition, pest control mitigation on the exterior of the building, reconstruction of the west load bearing wall to receive a new larger automated drive up window for vehicles, new interior millwork and painting the entire interior and exterior of the facility.
